Sea Lawns catered for weddings, functions and special occasions, family gatherings or company celebrations, with small parties in the Peppers Restaurant and larger events in the Gower Suite with its own bar and dance floor; both these function rooms had panoramic views of the Bristol Channel.   

Accommodation comprised single, twin or double rooms, all en suite, with coastal/sea views and included colour television and tea/coffee making facilities.  The a la carte Peppers Restaurant and bar were open to the public and the lounge had an open log fire with meals served here too.  There was also a games room with pool table and TV.  The extensive garden area had outdoor seating and there was a large car park.
